Tintin: Just a pair of Tommy Hilfinger city shorts. In tan. On sale. The store had already died by then.
Everything was on sale. All the time. CPS was like a beautiful woman - - who cheated on you all the time. So much going for it but nothing there.
Tintin: She wasn't beautiful by the time I saw her. She had been passed over. The decay was palpable.
Chicago is dead, Olive. Gone to the big mall in the sky. Richie will tear down anything to add to the tax base.

This building is now being used for the School of the Art Institute, it's nice that it's been preserved.
