I realise yours is a photoblog but it would be interesting to hear an aussie's experience of life in chicago. Thinking in particular of temperatures below zero celsius... ;o)

This might seem pretentious but this photo reminds me of Sartre's novel Nausea in that alienous aspect of the "other" Roquentin struggles to describe and deal with.
